provide your basic contact information, review and agree to our service agreement, and complete our enrollment checklist.
Upload your government-issued photo ID and proof of address through our secure client portal. These documents are required when submitting disputes with the credit bureaus and furnishers.
You’ll be directed to enroll in IdentitylQ using the $1.00, 7-day trial which provides access to your three-bureau credit reports and credit monitoring. see the identityl section below to subscription details.
Within 24-48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays), We’ll email your personalized credit analysis and notify you through through your secure client portal when it’s ready. After reviewing your analysis, you’ll have the opportunity to schedule an optional consultation to discuss our recommendations and ask any questions before credit restoration services begin.
Your 5-day review period begins on the date your online enrollment is completed. During this time, you can review your credit analysis, ask questions, schedule an optional consultation, or cancel if you choose.
Unless you cancel your Sound Credit Solutions agreement during this period, your first round of credit restoration work will begin automatically after the review period ends.
No Sound Credit Solutions service fees are charged if you cancel during the 5-day review period.
Identity IQ credit monitoring is required throughout the credit restoration process and is billed separately from Sound Credit Solutions.
You’ll begin with a $1.00, 7-day trial. After the trial, your Identity IQ membership automatically renews at approximately $25 per month (plus applicable taxes) unless canceled directly with Identity IQ before the trial expires.
If you continue with Sound Credit Solutions, your Identity IQ membership must remain active. If you choose not to continue with Sound Credit Solutions, you must cancel your Identity IQ membership directly with Identity IQ if you do not wish to continue the monitoring service.
